Instagram snap

The world has changed a lot.  Sometimes, I will use my phone to take snaps.  It works slowly, there is no depth-of-field control, but it does have the instantaneous as of Polaroid.  I like it indeed.

Street of Seoul

It was freezing -5 deg C. No one really wanted to stay on the street for too long. This beggar, without both legs, put himself on wasted tyre and dragged himself along the icy floor with his damaged hand.

Untitled snap with Pentax DA21 / 3.2 AL

A street snap with my beloved DA21, my "standard" lens for street snap. I love it's small size, but the slow focusing speed of the Pentax system is a bit annoying when doing street snap - it's just not fast enough in some situation.

Sometimes I have to rely on the decade old zone focusing technique, not ideal for digital images because you can easily notice the out-focus with these old-day technique when blow-up on your screen.

Molome: a phone photo social network for non iPhone users

I don't want to spend my money on the every-one-have-it iPhone, but I really envy the photo-sharing social network such as Instagram. It can edit the photos on your phone, and upload to the social medias directly. Great for sharing quick snaps with your mobile.

I just found the Molo.me from the OVI market, i think it's a good replacement for non IPhone users. There are a few special effect to choose from, and I really like the square aspect ratio of the photos in Molome. Android and Symbian versions are available. Come visit my Molome page HERE.

Actually, it's a mis-focus accident. Quite special feeling indeed.

Graffiti of "King of Kowloon"

The writings of "King of Kowloon" was once everywhere in the Hong Kong city. The administration thought it's ugly, and whip it as soon as possible. Now "King of Kowloon" was dead, and almost every single graffiti of him was gone from the street. We only have photographs for remembrance, or maybe you can find some if it in museum.

That's sad.
